Bill from Master Plumbing, Heating & Cooling did a great job replacing my old toilet with a new one. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed correctly. I've been a member of their ‘Green Club’ for a while now, and it’s been well worth it. The regular maintenance on my HVAC and plumbing gives me peace of mind, knowing everything is running smoothly and safely. Bill was professional and left the area spotless, just like every time I’ve used their services. I highly recommend both Bill and the Green Club membership—it’s been a great value for keeping my home in top shape.

Bill arrived on time and ready to get to work. Work was performed in a timely manner and he cleaned up after himself beautifully. All my questions were answered and would definitely recommend Bill and Master Plumbing to friends and relatives!

I don't like being this person but....I have had these people in here before and would of given them 5☆ on previous experience. But not this one. I had water on basement floor, got MP in here yesterday (Friday) cause I was pretty sure of where it was coming from. Inspection done, just running water and looking at water meter...determined it was fondation issue. Paid service fee. Well, we dug into situation and low and behold, we found the leak, exactly where I thought it was from. So called them back today (Saturday) and got told I would have to pay an emergency service fee (on a call back) and still had to pay to get the leak fixed. Now, in my opinion, the emergency service fee should of been waived since they were here initially yesterday and misdiagnosed. Makes me very leery of recommending to anybody else.

Master Plumbing confirmed my appointment and Bill the technician was here on time. Bill was very polite. Bill multiple areas and recommended fixes and gave us options for the best pricing and priority of what should be done first. Bill fixed all of our issues in a timely manner. We were so grateful that he found out our sump pump wasn’t working at all, showed me the meter and explained all the replacement options. We are so grateful for all that Bill did and would highly recommend Master Plumbing to everyone.

Great company that I have used to service my home for several years. Brett did a great job diagnosing and repairing my standing gas heater. He explained the problem in language I could understand and provided me with various options. He also did a comprehensive inspection of the home heating system. He was very patient and kind in answering all my questions and concerns. Everyone who has come to my home for service on heating and cooling has been wonderful. Their prices are also very reasonable and service has always been very prompt. I can't say enough great things about Master Plumbing, Cooling and Heating. Don't hesitate to call because you will be glad you did!

Bill was my service technician today and he did an excellent job! He was very kind and professional. He was very efficient and thorough making sure both my toilets were fixed and working properly before leaving. He provided an upfront estimate and options for the service costs that were affordable to my budget. He also went above and beyond doing a simple check on my sub pump to look for any potential issue. He also let me know about Master's Green Club membership and I signed up for it today. I appreciated his explanation that simple checks can help prevent future potential issues. I am very pleased with the services provided and trust Master's for my plumbing, heating and cooling needs!

Bill from Master Plumbing, Heating & Cooling replaced my shower trim and valve in about two hours. He showed up a little early, which I appreciated, and worked efficiently while making sure everything was installed properly. Afterward, he tested it to ensure everything was working well and that there were no leaks. He even reminded me to wait 24 hours before using it so the seal could fully dry. Bill from Master Plumbing was thorough, professional, and reliable. I’m really happy with the service and highly recommend him for any plumbing work!

John did a fantastic job today replacing the spigot outside our back door. He arrived early (called ahead to be sure it was okay), quickly located the section of pipe in the house covered by drywall and replaced the old materials (both inside and outside) in hardly any time at all. He even went above and beyond by neatly covering the hole cut in the ceiling used to access the pipes; there’s no need for me to have to patch the drywall. I would HIGHLY recommend Master Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. We’ve had them do several jobs at our house and they’ve done excellent work each time. The plumbers as well as the office staff have always been very helpful and professional. GREAT TEAMWORK everybody!
